We will also attempt to notify you in advance of any other services such as the landscaping, regular generator maintenance, pest control, etc. We can generally if necessary reschedule these services to meet your schedule. If you are in doubt, please confirm with the Island Host of their presence or ask them to leave until confirmed.
Maid Services and Cleaning: Our villa is thoroughly cleaned and prepared before your arrival by a team like no other on the island for which we have a great deal of respect and appreciation. We provide one mid-week linen service per full week of stay. We can really pamper you and provide daily maid service from $150 to around $200 dollars per day depending on the size of your group. Envelopes are on the kitchen counter to leave a tip for the housekeeper if you are inclined.
Garbage and Trash Removal: Due to the nature of our roads and the secluded locations of private homes, we do not have door-to-door trash collection service. Please drive your bagged garbage daily to one of the nearby dumpster bins along the road into Cruz Bay to prevent the unpleasant effects of heat as well as to deter unwanted insects and critters from coming around. If you leave your week's trash piled in your villa when you depart, we will have to charge you a service fee to have someone remove it. We can arrange in advance to have this done for $50 per trip for small loads.
Pool Maintenance: A complete pool cleaning and servicing is generally done just before your arrival. There should be a pool net on the deck which you can use between the weekly services. Our pool and our Spa both use a state of the art Salt System for purification which eliminates the need to add Chlorine. The pumps are set on timers to automatically circulate and filter the water.
Exterminators and Gardeners: We try to schedule our pest control and repairs during villa vacancies, but if they must be at your villa, we'll be sure to notify you beforehand to let you know.
