Villa Rental Check-in/Check-Out Policies

 *** CHECK-IN TIME IS 3:00 PM and CHECK-OUT TIME IS 10:30 AM ***

CHECK-IN: Check in time to your villa is generally not before 3:00 PM. If your villa is not occupied the day you arrive, you can pre-arrange for an early check-in with us in advance. If other guests are departing your villa that same day, you may not physically arrive at your villa until 3 p.m. or later. If you are arriving early, it may be possible for you to have your escort drop off your luggage, but we're sorry, you cannot arrive at or go inside while the staff is preparing your villa, even for a quick look! We may suggest that you spend the time getting lunch in Cruz Bay at one of the nearby restaurants shopping at Mongoose Junction or perhaps you may need to pick up a few items at the Starfish Market or the new St. John Market. You can then head to your villa after 3 p.m. and relax. We want our guest's first impression to be favorable, as do you.

CHECK-OUT: If you wish to stay longer than 10:30 AM, you must phone us in advance and we'll let you know if someone else is checking in your villa that afternoon or not.  We must give the housekeepers time to clean and prepare the villa between rentals. Besides locking all windows and doors before you go, and returning your villa keys - please make the house tidy before you leave. This includes disposing of all trash and garbage to the nearest St. John trash dumpsters. No garbage should be left at or in the villa upon departure. For a fee we can arrange in advance for our Island Hosts to take garbage to the dumpster. The housekeepers will strip all the beds and launder the bed sheets and towels. Please do not leave wet towels in a pile, as the warm and humid conditions will cause them to get musty and mildewed quickly. Please hang them up somewhere in the villa. If you have any food items left over, the maids would appreciate it if you leave any perishable items in the in the refrigerator before you leave.
